I love Greensboro for many reasons. Greensboro has parks, fishing lakes, variety of restaurants, movie theaters. It not a fast paced city. Lots of country living.
Our neighborhood is in a great school district. We our conveniently located to highway 62, I73, I40. Right down the road from Southwest Park.
We can jump on any highway and eat at one of many great restaurant. Our favorites are Outback, Logans ,Olive Garden and all fast food restaurants! Or stay out in our neighborhood and eat at Bill's Pizza or have Domino's deliver.
Several gas stations within 5 miles or Food Lion or Walmart 10 miles away.
We were drawn to this area because it's a nice, quiet country living with convenience of the city near by.
This area is so wonderful because its located close enough to drive to the coast or mountains in just a day.
Few other things are we have friendly, helpful neighbors. Nearby churches.
We like to go walking at the nearby track or going to one of the many gyms.
Utilities are affordable because home is energy efficient. Duke power is our power company. Water is free because we have a well.
